I had a really warm welcome on arrival. I has booked a single room and I was told they had given me a double, which was brilliant. There was a nice atmosphere. My room had everything I needed and was comfortable. The rooms need an upgrade but I think it is reflected in the price. So I think it offers great value for money. The spa was fabulous, love the floor to ceiling windows around the pool.woth the lovely trees to look at. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were welcoming. Good quality cooked breakfast.

We loved the accommodation as we were out in the lodges which meant we had the use of a little lounge area for the group. Staff were very friendly, helpful (booking taxis etc) and informative. The use of the spa and gym facilities was really good too, specially if you arrive earlier than check in time.

Staff were excellent when we had to upgrade the room when we had to bring our two boys one who was austic and staff were excellent with both him and my youngest son who loved all the staff from the Receptionist to the bar staff. Already planning our next visit with so much to do and hotel was a really good location to everything we wanted to do and will want to do in future. My wife enjoyed her spa treagement with a last minute discount availability. Boys enjoyed the pool and the room was spacious and a really nice hotel.

Staff were amazing, especially when I realised I'd left some clothes in the wardrobe after I'd checked out. The spa was really excellent and so relaxing. The food was good, I'm vegetarian and appreciated vegetarian and gluten free options. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was nice and clean and had plenty of facilities, we were only there for one night so didn't really get the benefit of them. The staff were lovely.

I booked an executive double, which was a very nice room; the room was well equipped with a huge bed, tea and coffee, a seating area and plenty of storage. The hotel has a spa and pool, so there was a nice robe in the room ready for you if you visited the pool/spa. The pool was nicely heated and very clean. There is also a spa onsite, a steam room, and a sauna. It was a nice way to kick off my morning. Breakfast, which costs £24 if purchased separately, was nice, but nothing to shout home about, sadly. Maybe my expectations were a little high at £24. I opted for a full-cooked breakfast. Continental breakfast looked okay, but I didn't sample. It's starting to feel like most hotels have solved the problem of poor water pressure and lukewarm water. Thankfully, this was one of them! It was a powerful shower and red hot—just what was needed after a 300-mile drive! The food at the bar/restaurant was also excellent. All staff I spoke to were very friendly. There are four EV chargers on-site via some random app you have to download. They were priced at 0.59P/KW, which is on the lower average side. However, it did mean I didn't have to look for a charger the next day. It looks like this charging area is ready to be extended.

a few days away for my birthday with my daughter hotel was lovely as was every member of staff we spoke to or had any contact with we enjoyed our big comfortable rooms food was good and we enjoyed the pool and thermal rooms

Had the best time. Yes rooms are dated but are spotless. Comfy bed and pillows. All staff are very professional, extremely friendly and make sure your looked after. Megan on reception and the other girl with glasses ( sorry didnt get her name ) took time to actually talk to you, and listen to you. FOOD- Continental buffet breakfast of usual cereals, breads, pastries, yoghurts, fruit, meat, cheese , jams etc but then can order a full cooked breakfast with tea/coffee and toast as part of BB. Non greasy and was very tasty. Only need to pay extra, around £6 if you want something different on the menu like eggs benedict, smoked salmon etc. Dinner was first class!! The salt and chilli chicken wings with BBQ Asian sauce, at £10 were best ever tasted and we have travelled. All dinners were great. Puddings good too. Well worth the price. Couldnt fault anything!! POOL - great size, same depth, but very slippery, so make sure to wear good grip slippers. They give you robe and slippers in the rooms. LOCATION- good as only 11 mins drive to The Kelpies and Helix Park. Free parking in first car park but then need to walk up along the footpath. Only about 5 mins. Nice park with swans, canal boats and plenty food vans and a cafe/shop. Plenty seats around too. Just watch your timing with the Football stadium as nearby.
